Tyler Skluzacek is the founder of NightWare Inc--a tech startup specializing in sleeping solutions via smartwatch applications. NightWare's predecessor, myBivy, was founded in 2015 as the winning HackDC hackathon project. The centerpieces of NightWare are its algorithms: supervised machine learning protocols and biometric stress-metric calculations to pinpoint traumatic nightmares at their onset, alleviating the need for more-advanced medical treatments and supervision.

Tyler is also currently a Ph.D. student at the University of Chicago studying Computer Science in the Globus Labs research group.

In 2016, Tyler and myBivy were named to the Social Tech 100 list, and have been featured on BBC, USA Today, People, NBC, Huffington Post, and Gizmodo.
