This presentation will be about how Restaurant Technologies uses IoT to create safer, smarter kitchens.  Restaurant Technologies’ focus is on using technology to improve safety and quality in kitchens.  From making sure restaurants have the cooking oil they need, to assuring that the fries are just the right quality, to reducing the fire risk in a restaurant, IoT plays a key role in these areas.  Additionally, Bruce Atkinson will talk about how Restaurant Technologies uses IoT in their delivery and service fleets with both custom applications and fleet telematics to gain accuracy and efficiency.  You will hear about the challenges from over the last 15 years or so gathering data from kitchens, what Restaurant Technologies is looking at for the future, and the economics around their IoT platform.
